For employer
Employers can post information for recruiting potential staff through function “POST JOB” in the website. The steps for posting job information are as follows:
1. Click to menu “POST JOB”, a window with a Standard form will be displayed. Employers are just needed to fill the form then submit this information after completion of filling. All information shall automatically be posted in the website ( after being checked by administrator of this website) for purpose of advertisement, seeking for staffs and/or workers and/or any labors as of their demand.
2. The information shall be automatically deleted upon the due date as employers have registered in the Standard form.
3. The website also supported Employer to seek their candidates through the advanced function “Search” which has been integrated in the front page of the website.With this function, employer can search easily and immediately with all candidates in the current database who have posted their resumes in this website.
4. Employer can contact directly with candidates upon selection and chosen via email address, telephone or cell phone of candidates which have been contained in the Resume of each candidate.
For employee
Employee can post information for finding a job through function “CREATE RESUME” in the website. The steps for posting information are as follows:
1.Click to menu “CREATE RESUME”, a window will be displayed with a Standard form. Employees are just needed to fill the form then submit this information after completion of filling. All information shall automatically be posted in the website for purposes of finding a good job (after being checked by administrator of this website).
2.Similarly, the website can also help Employees to seek job through the advanced function “Search” which has been integrated in the front page of the website.
With this function, employee can search all recruitment news in the current database which have been posted in this website.
3.Employee can contact directly with Employer via email address, telephone or cell phone of Employer which have been contained in the Recruitment news posted by Employers.
The website also supports Employee to send electronic mail to Employer through function “SEND RESUME ONLINE" of this website.
